PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable fireproof laminate made up of a fireproof thermal expansion layer which has an effect to prevent a combustible material from catching fire by forming a carbonized layer expanded or foamed by heating or prevent smoke flame or gas or the like generated by combustion from escaping to the outside and a waterproof layer for preventing an ability to form the carbonized layer from being impaired by moisture or water, laminated on the former. SOLUTION: This foamable fireproof laminate is formed of a thermally foamed layer and the waterproof layer and the thermally foamed layer is constituted of a foamable fireproof composition obtained by adding a phosphide and a polyfunctional alcohol to a thermoplastic resin and/or a rubber material and further has the laminated waterproof layer with high steam barrier properties.
