PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel-shaped foamed thermoplastic resin molding which is light in weight and high in rigidity and in which no sink mark is generated in a base material part in which projection parts such as a rib and a boss part are formed. SOLUTION: In the panel-shaped foamed thermoplastic resin molding 1, the base material part 5 and the projection parts 7 formed in the base material part 5 are provided, the average expansion ratio of the projection parts 7 is 1.1 or below, and the average expansion ratio of the base material part is at least 1.3.
