PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer excrement wrapped in a tube to the tank of excrement, discharge and pile up the excrement by cutting the tube. SOLUTION: A packing material 28, which is made of a pliant tube 19 drawn and folded in a circle, surrounds a toilet bowl 13. The tube 19 extends along the inside of the toilet bowl 13 and is rolled up after wrapping the excrement by a rotator 21. While the tube 19 is passing through a fallopian tube 16, a first cutter 27 cuts it out and wrapped excrement 20 is discharged in the tank 12. After discharging a rolling device 32 rolls up the tube 19.
