PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an existing cooking pot exclusive for grilling with a cylindrical projection at the center to boil and steam food as well by solving a problem of the existing cooking pot that the boiling is impossible since the position of an opening for sucking hot air into the pot while heating is lower than the edge of the cooking pot. SOLUTION: The multi-purpose cooking pot set is composed of a center cylinder pan 2, an inner lid 3, and a pot 1. The center cylinder pan 2 has a cylindrical projecting part with plural projections on the outer surface for holding meat, etc., at the center of the pan and all the openings are located higher than the edge of the pan. The inner lid 3 is shaped in a shallow pan in which water can be stored when covering the center cylinder pan. Water can be also stored in the bottom of the pot 1 even when the center cylinder pan 2 and the inner lid 3 are set in the pot 1. In addition, detachable grill rings 5 and 6 with projections for holding grilled meat are mounted on the outer surface of the cylinder projecting part of the center cylinder pan.
