PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for executing an image diagnosis. SOLUTION: This system comprises a data base 12 containing a plurality of hysteresis images taken by a plurality of devices 28, and a diagnostic unit 16 constituted so as to diagnose a new artifact image 54 from a device 56 and transmitting hysteresis and non-hysteresis images or data related to this system to a remote facility. The hysteresis images include a plurality of ideal images 26 formed by a plurality of devices by use of all possible device sets and a plurality of artifact images 30 formed by a plurality of devices and each having a known obstruction related to the device and a corresponding correction mean for restoring the obstruction. The diagnostic unit 16 comprises a diagnostic image processing device 22 and a diagnostic obstruction separating device 24.
