PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new safe agent, cosmetic composition or ingesta for preventing and ameliorating skin roughening due to stress. SOLUTION: This agent for preventing and ameliorating skin roughening due to stress is obtained by including extracts from at least one kind of plants selected from Perilla frutescens var. acuta and Momordica grosvenorie and these extracts are applied to the cosmetic composition and ingesta comprising containing these extracts. Further, the cosmetic composition and ingesta obtained by using these extracts in combination with extracts from at least one kind of plants selected from Isodon japonicus, Hypericum erectum, Salvia officinalis L. and Tilia miqueliana are provided. These are effective in the prophylaxis and amelioration in the skin roughening due to stress and show high safety. |
