ULTRASONIC SEALER FOR DOUBLE TUBE CONTAINER AND THE DOUBLE TUBE CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sealing by which enables sealing without degrading an appearance and sealing strength on a sealed part of a double tube container and to provide the double tube container which is good-looking at the sealed part. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic sealer 19 holds, by a horn 2a and an anvil 2b of an ultrasonic vibrator 2, a base opening end 7 of the double tube container 4 including a first cylindrical barrel 6a having a first base opening end 7a at one end and having a first container mouth on the other end and a second cylindrical barrel 6b provided inside the first cylindrical barrel 6a and having a second base opening end 7b at one end of the first base opening end 7a and a second container mouth at the other end for sealing by means of frictional heat due to the ultrasonic vibration. A dent 13 corresponding to a size of a sealed part with the second base opening end 7b sealed is provided on one of holding surfaces of the horn 2a and the anvil 2b for sealing.
