PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice burger as rice food which sustains boiled rice deliciousness without damaging it even after the lapse of time, and does not fall to pieces even grabbed with fingers. SOLUTION: This rice burger is obtained by wrapping boiled rice with rice cake (1 and 5) followed by making them into an optional form and size, and optionally putting cheese (2), burger patty (3), lettuce (4) and/or the like between the top rice wrapped with the rice cake (1) and the bottom rice wrapped with the rice cake (5). |
