<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tree protective material for greening facilities of a road, a park, a cemetery park, an open space and the like, and construction and building material products for slope protection, bank protection, earth and sand outflowing protection and the like wherein plastic being industrial waste is effectively utilized. SOLUTION: Tree protective materials, 1, 2, 3, a slope protection material and a slope planting protective material 6 of a plastic concrete material, a block product and a plastic product are provided wherein fine aggregate of industrial waste plastic, sand and the like is heated, mixed during heating until the plastic comes into a molten state, further mixed by adding cement, and the mixture is molded in a mold, and cooled.</p> |
