PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a packaging bag from being damaged by a small bag contained in the packaging bag even in the case where the small bag moves in the packaging bag. SOLUTION: The small bag 3 containing a drying agent, a deoxidizer, or spices such as seven-flavored cayenne pepper is put into a packaging bag formed out of a laminated sheet such as a synthetic resin film, together with an object to be packaged such as foodstuffs. The small bag 3 has an angular shape such as a rectangle, and all corner parts 4 on the circumference thereof are cut and rounded so as not be angular.
