PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an atmosphere of entertainment by making a dark place lightened or diminished in lightness with a container filled with a luminescent liquid or by exhibiting an effect of performance with the container moved, and to make letters or patterns carried by the luminescent liquid container or its accessories discernible for further enhancement of the atmosphere, and also to make the container usable as a souvenir after luminousness is lost. SOLUTION: A light-transmissive cover body 4 is wrapped round the outer circumference of the luminescent liquid container 1 by utilizing a ribbon 5, and letters carried by the surface of the cover body are made in sizes and shapes readable by luminescence even in a dark place. The luminescent liquid container made up in a way as mentioned above can be carried by hand with a handle 3 attached thereto.
