PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-shaped case which is easy to handle wherein an operation of receiving or the like can be simply performed and contents are not damaged during transportation or the like. SOLUTION: Respective base end rims of opposite internal upper lids 4 and opposite external upper lids 5 are connected with corresponding upper end rims of a peripheral wall 6 having an upper opening 3 of a body 2, respectively. A part in the vicinity of the base end rim of the external upper lid 5 is punched linearly to form a protruding piece 14 with the vicinity of the upper end rim as a portion to be folded. The protruding piece 14 is used as a support of the internal upper lid when the upper lids are closed.
