PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply reduce a repairing cost by restoring a recessed part to an original state without performing point welding on a rod even in the case of severe damage and eliminating puttying work and grinding finish work. SOLUTION: The periphery of a repairing part is surrounded by a viscoelastic resin composition 3 to form a dam 4. A sucker 5 is push-pressed from above the dam 4 to form a space 8 which is put in a vacuum state, to restore the recessed part 2 of a body 1. While evacuating the space 8 when necessary, impactive vibration is imparted to the sucker 5 by something like a high frequency vibrator.
