PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chicken cage lifter attached to a loading space of a carrier truck to be carried, loading the chicken cages stacked into three stages on the loading space of a carrier truck into nine stages in a short time using a power gate, and controlling a hydraulic pump using a power source of an engine. SOLUTION: This chicken cage lifter is constituted of a chicken cage loading frame comprising a bottom frame, side frames, and a top frame and a lift mechanism comprising an external column, an internal column, the hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder rod, a cylinder block, a sprocket, a chain, and a ramp. This chicken cage lifter is so formed that the bottom frame of the chicken cage loading frame is fixed to the floor face of the loading space of the carrier truck by a front stopper and a rear falling prevention stopper, and the external column is fixed to the power gate of the carrier truck by the top stopper so as to be carried by the carrier truck.
