PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize non-production time for a working device, to eliminate skillfulness for adjusting a cutting tool, to easily perform an accurate adjustment of the cutting tool by even a beginner and to prevent damage of the cutting tool, a work and peripheral jigs in accompany with the adjusting work. SOLUTION: This is the mounting holder for the cutting tool with mounted cutting tool 1a for rough working and cutting tool 1b for finish working. The mounting holder is provided with a first holder member 2a with the fixed cutting tool 1a for rough working, a second holder member 2b with the fixed cutting tool 1b for finish working and a mounting holder main body 3 for attachably/ detachably supporting the first holder member 2a and the second holder member 2b.
