PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splicing device for a web capable of splicing together the webs easily in a short time without using a temporary fixing tape. SOLUTION: A web fixing table 11 is provided to have a pair of web holding surfaces 11a and 11a capable of fixing and holding a web with a distance therebetween provided in the longitudinal direction of a web. A cut table 12 provided with a groove 15 for web cut and a tape table 13 to hold a joining tape 24 to splice together the webs are arranged in s state that the tables can be alternately revolved and inserted in a gap between the web holding surfaces. The cut table 12 is positioned between the web holding surfaces and cutting of the web 3, pattern registration and cutting of a fresh web 3A, and a work to stick the joining tape on the web surface side are carried out on a web holding surface and the cut table. The cut table 12 is then moved aside, and by revolving the tape table 13, the joining tape 24 can be stuck on the back side of the web.
