PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter and the weight of a rotary cutting tool performing a radially fine adjustment of a cutting edge tip position by using an eccentric sleeve and at the same time, to stabilize also dimensional accuracy of the tool. SOLUTION: A drive pin 7 for transmitting rotation provided between a tool main body 1 and an edged tool holder 3 is directed at a right-angle with an axial center of the tool, the drive pin 7 is passed through a peripheral oblong hole 2c provided on the eccentric sleeve 2 and a tip part of the pin 7 is locked by being placed up to the middle of a pin hole 9 provided on a shank 3a of the edged tool holder 3. It is desirable that the drive pin 7 is forcibly fed into the tapered pin hole 9 so that a torque transmitting surface may be point- contacted or line-contacted to the pin hole 9 and is formed to have clearance between the drive pin 7 and the pin hole 9 in a tool shaft direction.
