The invention relates to a concentrate, which is suitable for diluting with water while maintaining or increasing viscosity and which has content of one or more surfactants of >/= 20 wt. % cited as an active substance and with regard to the weight of the concentrate. Said concentrate also has a content of one or more solvents and one or more electrolytes, wherein the solvent(s) is/are selected from the group of optionally etherfied polyethyleneglycols of general formula (I) R<1>-O-[R<2>-O]m-[R<3>-O]n-R<4>, wherein R<1> and R<4>, independent of one another, represent hydrogen or a straight-chain or branched alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R<2> and R<3> represent two different straight-chain or branched alkylene radicals with 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and; m and n are equal to 0 or an integer from 1 to 10, whereby the relation 1 </= (m+n) </= 10 applies, and; the electrolyte(s) is/are selected from the group of the inorganic acids or from one of the salts thereof. The invention also relates to the use of the concentrates for cleaning or rinsing, to a method for producing a cleaning or rinsing agent involving the dilution of the concentrate with water, and to cleaning and rinsing methods involving the use of the concentrates diluted with water. |
