PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board punching drill for improving fusion resistance for a drill and improving hole position precision by imparting compressed residual stress to the drill. SOLUTION: This printed circuit board punching drill is constituted by coating a coating layer imparting compressed residual stress to a part or all of the surfaces of at least a cutting edge.
