PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet paying-out device capable of reliably pulling back reversed paper sheets in a given position in a paper sheet containing part. SOLUTION: A paper sheet pulling-back means 30 to pull back the reversed paper sheets 2a and 2b in a given position on a undermost surface in the paper sheet containing part 3 consists of a pull-back claw 33 engaged with the rear ends of the reversed paper sheets 2a and 2b and pulling back the reversed paper sheets 2a ands 2b in the given position in the paper sheet containing part 3.
