PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a table salt including an extract of Kumasasa (Sasa albomarginata) extracted by a method improved in extraction efficiency of Kumasasa. SOLUTION: This table salt including ingredients of Kumasasa is obtained by extracting Kumasasa by crushing Kumasasa into fine powder, breaking cell membranes to improve the efficiency of extraction to extract the extract having smell and taste without sense of incompatibility by setting heating time for less than 30 min or setting heating time at boiling and heat retaining time for less than 10 min, and then blending the extract with table salt and adjusting water content.
