PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture which is capable of providing concrete containing the cement admixture with excellent expansive performance, preventing any pop-out phenomenon from being caused in the concrete and further improving waterproofness of the concrete, even when a low mix proportion of the admixture is used in the concrete, and also to provide a cement composition containing the cement admixture. SOLUTION: This cement admixture comprises an expansive material containing, as its main constituent compounds, free lime, calcium aluminoferrite, hauyne and anhydrous gypsum, and a siliceous fine powder and/or a limestone fine powder. This cement composition comprises cement and the cement admixture.
