PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of appearance and difficulties in mounting work of a pillar part due to an occurrence of an unevenness W in a front side and a rear side of the pillar part in a weatherstrip for a hard-top vehicle. SOLUTION: This mounting structure is for a weatherstrip mounted on a body panel 30 of the hard-top vehicle and resiliently contacting a door glass 35. It mounts the pillar part 11 having the front side 12 and the rear side 13, together with a pillar cover 20, to a center pillar 31 with a chevron cross section having a forward tilt part 32, a flat part 33, and a backward tilt part 34. The front side 12 and the rear side 13 of the pillar part 11 are each attached to the forward tilt part 32 and the backward tilt part 34 by a pillar clip 15 and they are adhered to the flat part 33 or the forward tilt part 32 and the backward tilt part 34 by double coated adhesive tape 16, and the pillar cover 20 is mounted to the flat part 33 by a cover clip 21 from above the pillar part 11.
