PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal sheet working apparatus with less burrs or burrs to a face side when cutting a metal sheet. SOLUTION: This metal sheet working apparatus comprises a cutting means for cutting the metal sheet and a pressing member which is integrated with the cutting means and presses a portion to be cut of the metal sheet when cutting the metal sheet to form an inclined surface, a. the cutting member has a swelling permitting part for permitting the swelling of the metal sheet, and the width of a blade tip portion used for cutting from the swelling permitting part to the blade tip is 0.005-0.5 mm, b. the cutting member is moved separate from the cut portion after the cutting, or c. a metal sheet separating means for separating the cut metal sheet from the cutting member.
