PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate caulking structure for ensuring the sufficient coupling force. SOLUTION: In a caulked portion 14 of a first member 10 and a second member 12, a caulking recess 16 of substantially circular shape in plan view is formed, and a caulking filler 18 is filled in the caulking recess 16. The filler 18 is of substantially columnar shape which is tapered in a slightly contracting manner to the tip in the filling direction, and filled up to the vicinity of an opening end 16A of the caulking recess 16. The caulking filler 18 has a substantially protruded tip 18A in the filling direction.
