percussion action machines, namely pneumatic manual hammers used in different branches of industry, mainly in building, machine engineering and mining. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic percussion machine has bridge on shaft inside annular chamber. Said bridge divides annular chamber by two isolated receivers for forward and back strokes. There are radial openings near inner end of shaft for connecting forward-stroke chamber and forward-stroke receiver. Near outer end in shaft also there are radial opening for connecting back-stroke chamber with back-stroke receiver. On shaft inside forward-stroke receiver there are reverse supplying ducts made along generatrix for connecting back-stroke receiver with return annular chamber. Overvalve seat has through central turning forming supplying duct for connecting valve chamber with supplying chamber. In supplying duct at side of valve chamber there are back-stroke ducts passing along concentric circle and having radial outlets connecting return annular chamber with valve chamber. Undervalve seat has dead central turning and through axial opening forming make up passage. The last connects valve chamber with forward-stroke chamber and it has through pumping duct passing along concentric circle for connecting valve chamber with forward-stroke chamber. Valve is in the form of flat ring whose mean diameter is equal to diameter of concentric circle along which pumping ducts of undervalve seat and back-stroke ducts of overvalve seat are arranged. Valve width is more than width of those ducts. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of machine due to increased percussion energy and frequency of percussion cycle. 5 dwg |
