PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device for electrification and an electrophotographic device capable of simultaneously realizing the improvement of energy saving performance and miniaturization. SOLUTION: This power source device for electrification for applying high voltage to a roller 2 for electrifying a photoreceptor 1 is equipped with piezoelectric bodies 5 and 6 converting mechanical distortion amount to the high voltage and a means (a lever accelerating gear 3, a lever 4 and a pressure body 4c or the like) for imparting stress repeatedly to the piezoelectric bodies 5 and 6, and the high voltage generated by the piezoelectric bodies 5 and 6 is applied to the electrifying roller 2.
