PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rafter clearance stop installed easily and quickly in a folding plate type metal roof with angle parts continual at predetermined intervals. SOLUTION: This rafter clearance stop is formed out of a rafter clearance main plate 1 and a fixed part 2 formed opposite to the rafter clearance main plate 1 and provided with a retaining plate 2a having elasticity and energized toward the rafter clearance main plate 1.
