PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for printing and coating of silicon capable of preventing separation of and damage to a coating part, prolonging a life of a product, raising a waterproofing effect, making possible mass production and increasing productivity. SOLUTION: Solid silicon is stirred with a melt composed of 70% of toluene and 30% of cyclohexanone to form a liquid-phase silicon. The liquid-phase silicon is mixed with 0.01-0.05% of a curing agent, stirred, applied to the surface of a transfer paper, the transfer paper is overheated and dried by a dryer at 135-140 deg.C for 1 to 2 minutes. The coated surface of the transfer paper is coated with a silicon adhesive, laminated to a woven fabric so as to be brought into contact with the woven fabric and pressed under heating to print and to coat the woven fabric with silicon.
