PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a phase servo controller capable of shortening the time required for pulling in a phase. SOLUTION: In a drum phase error calculating circuit 24, two subtracters 25, 26 calculating respectively phase errors with respect to consecutive phase synchronizing reference time 1, 2 and an absolute value comparing and calculating part 27 comparing the magnitude of two phase errors calculated by the two substracters 25, 26 are provided and the circuit 24 outputs the smaller phase error among two phase errors selected by the part 27 as a phase error for control. |
