PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attractive advertisement system which is more effective than banner advertisement when mail is sent and received by using a portable telephone, a PHS, mobile terminal equipment, or a personal computer. SOLUTION: When mail is sent and received by using the portable telephone, PHS, mobile terminal equipment, or personal computer, a random number is generated by mouse and key operation, a winning number and a symbol permutation which are set in advance are distributed at 12:00 a.m. every day via the Internet; when a numeral and a symbol permutation which are displayed through mail-sending operation coincide with them, a gift or prize is obtained from the enterprise having published the advertisement. Consequently, the use frequency of mail increases and media which are more interesting than banner advertisement and give attention value can be created.
