PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device which is free of color shift due to shifts of laser lights of respective colors irradiating the same position in an optical scanner which exposes a photosensitive material such as printing paper by scanning the photosensitive material with laser light beams of respective colors modulated corresponding to image information. SOLUTION: The light beams of the respective colors emitted by light sources of a red LD and green SHG laser unit and a blue SHG laser unit are modulated by AOMs according to the image information. A clock frequency control part 25 individually controls the exposure scanning clocks of AOM drivers 15R, 15G, and 15B which drive the AOMs.
