SOLUTION: The route retrieving system 1 allows a user 4 to easily specify various service such as registration of using stations (step 201), retrieval of a nearby station (step 202), retrieval of routes (step 203), retrieval of a timetable (step 204), and registration of route information (step 205) from a portable telephone 2, stores acquired route information in a user area 10 of a personal server and allows a user's personal computer 5 to prepare a transport expense statement later (step 401).</p> |
