PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin film having excellent humectant properties and excellent transparency with a good balance and a polyolefin-based resin composition providing the film. SOLUTION: This resin film is characterized by having at least one layer composed of the polyolefin-based resin composition comprising an inorganic powder represented by the formula (I) in an amount of 1-250 pts.wt. based on the 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based resin: M2+1-xAl3+x(OH-)2.[(An-)(x-a)/n.(Bm-)a/].bH2O (I), wherein M2+ is one or more kinds of divalent metal ions selected from Mg, Ca and Zn; An- is one or more kinds of n-valent silicate ions containing two or more Si; Bm- is one or more kinds of m-valent anions without containing Si; and x, a and b satisfy the following conditional formulae: 0<x<0.5; 0<a<x; and 0<=b<=2.
