PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid absorbing member having elasticity, provided with excellent liquid absorption performances, capable of being made into an arbitrary form, preferably into a shape such as a spherical shape, etc., according to uses by one-piece molding readily, inexpensively and minutely. SOLUTION: This liquid absorbing member having elasticity is characterized by molding and processing a mixture obtained by compounding a thermoplastic elastomer with a water absorbing resin and/or an oil absorbing resin, a blowing agent and a blend oil.
