WIRELESS BAND PRIORITY ASSIGNMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a TCP(Transport Control Protocol) packet that controls a flow in the dynamically changing band assignment. SOLUTION: A TDMA wireless access system consisting of a base station and terminal stations is provided with a scheduler that assigns a band to a changing band whose assignment is dynamically changing other than a priority fixed band whose band is assured. This method has a band assignment control step where the scheduler reads information of a header part included in a transmission data packet from the base station and assigns a band to a TCP packet when the information indicates the TCP packet.
