PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision method, an information provision system, a provision supporting device and a recording medium by which a program for providing instruction information for instructing an arbitrary web page can be used without requiring any high level knowledge or much work. SOLUTION: A provision supporting program is recorded in a WWW server computer to be used by the provision supporting device for supporting the provision of instruction information, and the manager of a web page describes a command to access the provision supporting device on a web page to be managed. Then, when the command is issued, the provision supporting device is accessed, and the provision supporting program is started so that the instruction information to be provided can be transmitted to the provision destination by the provision supporting device. Also, when a command to transmit the instruction information to be provided to the provision supporting device is inputted as the instruction information, the instruction information is transmitted from the provision supporting device to the provision destination.
