PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an area to be occupied by locating an antenna and a photovoltaic element while overlapping them. SOLUTION: Materials capable of transmitting light are used as a conductor electrode and a dielectric substrate for forming the antenna and located while being overlapped so that the photovoltaic element can generate power with light transmitted through the antenna. Especially, this device has a configuration sharing an upper surface electrode forming the photovoltaic element and the conductor electrode for forming the ground plate of the antenna.
