PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motive power transmission belt being excellent in bending resistance, improving the belt traveling service life by preventing the occurrence of an early crack from a cog trough part and being optimal for transmitting a high load. SOLUTION: This motive power transmission belt 1 has cog parts 11 and 12 by alternately arranging a cog crest part 9 and the cog trough part 8 at least in a compression rubber layer 7 among the compression rubber layer 7 and an extension rubber layer 6, and is formed so that a conductor 3 is embedded between an upper adhesive rubber layer 2a and a lower adhesive rubber layer 2b. In this motive power transmission belt 1, at least one joint part 19 exists only in an area of the cog crest part 9 of the compression rubber layer 7, and rubber of the lower adhesive rubber layer 2b does not enter a tip part of this joint part 19. |
