PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor which can prevent removal of a coil bobbin from a stator. SOLUTION: This stepping motor is provided with a rotor 56 as a power source to drive an output shaft 57, a stator 54 including extending portions 54a, 54b, a coil 55 mounted to the extending portions 54a, 54b, and case members 51, 52 for accommodating the rotor 56, stator 54 and coil 55. The coil 55 is provided with the coil bobbin 55a having a hole 55e to which the extending portions 54a, 54b of the stator 54 are inserted. The hole 55e includes, at a part thereof, an engaging portion 55e1 to be engaged with the extending portions 54a, 54b.
