PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog converter capable of outputting a stable analog voltage. SOLUTION: Digital signals D0-D5 are decoded by a column decoder 10 and a row decoder 20 and constant current cells 30 as many as a value (n) thereof are selected. Concerning the selected constant current cells 30, a PMOS 35 is turned on and a constant current supplied from a PMOS 36 is outputted to a node N1. Concerning the non-selected constant current cells 30, a PMOS 34 is turned on and a constant current is outputted to a node N2. Thus, a voltage corresponding to the value (n) is generated at the node N1. When the value of the digital signal is changed to (m), the voltage at the node N1 is increased just for m-n and a voltage at the node N2 is lowered just for m-n. A voltage fluctuation between the nodes N1 and N2 is smoothed by a capacitor 43 and an analog voltage VA stabilized by controlling ringing or overshoot is outputted from an output terminal 40a.
