PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover sheet usable regardless of the construction and arrangement of different types of switches, constituting a switch easy to produce, as well as the switch constituted by the cover sheet and its production. SOLUTION: The cover sheet 10 for the switch using a metal dome 21 as a contact comprises an adhesive portion 2 arranged in a repetitive pattern 3 on an insulating sheet 1 so as to be partly overlapped with the metal dome 21. The metal dome 21 us adhered to the cover sheet 10 at the adhesive portion 2. The metal dome 21 is fixed onto a circuit board 20 to produce the switch 30.
