PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simultaneously purchasable a train ticket and a card by which the train ticket can be purchased. SOLUTION: The automatic ticket vending machine capable of issuing the train ticket and the card by which that train ticket can be purchased, is composed of a setting means for setting the main body of the automatic ticket vending machine to a simultaneous issuing mode for the train ticket and the card, a subtracting processing means for subtracting the fare of the selected train ticket from the selected card when the main body of the automatic ticket vending machine is set to the simultaneous issuing mode where these prescribed train ticket and card are selected, and an issuing means for issuing the card, on which a prescribed remainder being subtraction-processed is recorded, and the selected train ticket.
