PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment for easily providing a service requester with the throughput of a computer through a network. SOLUTION: In a service request processing, a management server computer 1 extracts one or plural processings required for a service requested by a service user, extracts the computer of a service provider provided with a processing program selected there and selects the provider based on the importance or urgency of the processing and the number of times of the non-reply of a throughput provision history. The processing is requested to the selected provider together with the transmission of a processing parameter, and when the response of a processing result is confirmed, the processing result is received and transmitted to the computer of the service requester, provision time is added to the throughput provision history of the service provider who provides the service and total required time is added to the service history of the service requester.
