PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of easily executing sampling of the impoved soil located at a required positon of an improved column body and easily making a spciment to be used for testing the improved soil without changing any condition of the improved soil. SOLUTION: The improved soil sampler 100 is the improved soil sampler put on an excavation stirring wing of a soil improvement stirring machine for making the improved column body, and it is formed by having a mounting section 101 put on the required position of the excavation stirring wing in a detachable manner and a sampling pipe 102 fixed to the mounting section 101 so as to turn its openings 20a and 20b in the rotational direction of the excavation stirring wing.
