PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile radio communications equipment, capable of conducting a communication through a base station and performing stable communication, even when mobile stations are separated from each other so that the mobile stations go outside the communicable range. SOLUTION: Mobile radio equipment 13a and 13b are provided with a transmitting and receiving circuit consisting of an F1 receiver 31, an f1 transmitter 32, an f1 receiver 33, a duplex filter 34, a press-to-talk switch SW1 and an antenna 35 for transmission and reception and also with a diversity receiving circuit consisting of an F1 receiver 36, an f1 receiver 37, a duplex filter 52, an antenna 38 for diversity reception and a press-to-talk switch SW2 for turning on/off a part between the filter 52 and the antenna 38. The diversity receiving circuit shares one antenna 38 for diversity reception in the receivers 36 and 37, by providing the duplex filter 52.
