PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a voltage provided with the high-speed transition responsiveness of an output voltage and applicable to a system requiring large current supply capacity without sacrificing a stationary leakage current. SOLUTION: An output transistor and a high resistor are serially connected between power supply terminals and a constant-voltage-controlled output voltage is generated from a connection point to a load. In the voltage generation, a low input resistance constant voltage generation means for generating a constant voltage equal to the target value of the output voltage by low input resistance is provided, and when a difference is generated between the voltage of the low input resistance constant voltage generation means and the output voltage (or a divided voltage), the connection point and the low input resistance constant voltage generation means are connected by a switch.
