The spreading device consists of a mobile frame (2), able to be pulled by a tractor, and on to which are fitted a series of ground working tools (5), each associated with a pipe (6) to deliver the soil water and to ensure that the water is buried to the desired depth. The working tools then return the earth, thus increasing the surface of exchange with the soil water. An Independent claim is also included for the water alimentation circuit for the spreading device.
