PURPOSE: A waste water recirculating process for producing polyaniline resin power is provided to reduce environmental pollution and reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: Aniline monomer, acid solution and oxidizing agent are fed into a reactor to polymerize the aniline monomer. Polyaniline resin powder is filtered from the acidic aqueous solution generated during the polymerization. The polyaniline resin power is neutralized and desiccated to obtain powder. The acidic aqueous solution is returned to the reactor and then mixed with another aniline monomer and oxidizing agent. Without cooling the reactor, aniline monomer is polymerized at room temperature in the presence of the returned acidic aqueous solution.
