PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test receiver sensitivity and to measure a bit error rate by a method which is faster than conventional methods. SOLUTION: This method is for measuring the receiver sensitivity of a communication terminal used for operation in a digital communication network. A test about whether a first reference is attained at a predetermined first data transfer speed and a predetermined first receiving level is performed, and the test is performed at a second data transmission speed faster than the first data transmission speed and at the first receiving level to test whether a second reference decided from the first reference is accomplished. This invention relates to a testing device for performing this method. |
